How to Create a Plant Wall

Plant lovers draw near! We have seen this trend quite a bit recently but now it’s our turn to create. We will discuss the steps to create a plant wall. The first step is identifying the partition you want to back your display. Then you will need to select a piece of furniture to display the plants on. You can choose from several items, such as a unique pair of shelves, a bookcase, floating shelves, a wall planter set, and more. Keep your design style in mind when choosing your display.

When choosing plants, consider the room you are placing them in and the sunlight and watering needs of your selections. Select plants with various colors, patterns, and textures for the most visually appealing plant wall to create a vibrant look. Remember that plants are alive, so if you are transitioning from one space in your home to another, they may get used to their new habitat. They could lose some leaves.

Since we are not going for the complete jungalow look with this design, incorporate some of your favorite things, such as pictures, vases, books, and other items you love. Step back, get a complete view of your work, and adjust as you see fit. Its as simple as that!

Now, remember to care for your plants. I love mine so much that I speak to them with positive affirmations and name them! Yes, I said name them! Your care may not include those elements, but at the minimum, proper feeding and lighting are essential.
